• Usage data — activity logs, login events, and technical logs for security and support.
• Inquiries — information you submit via contact or demo forms on this website.

How we use information

Data is used to provide school management features, improve the product, send operational notifications (e.g. parent SMS where enabled), and respond to support requests. We do not sell student data to third parties for advertising.

Data storage & security

Schools control their own data within the platform. We encourage regular backups, strong passwords, and HTTPS in production. Access is limited by role (admin, teacher, student, parent).

Retention

Schools may export or delete data according to their policies. Archived academic sessions remain available for reporting unless removed by authorized staff.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to operate the platform:

• Essential cookies — session login, security tokens, and a “save login on this device” cookie (up to 60 days) when you choose it on sign-in.
